Job Summary
Linexis IT, a concern of Sajeeb Group, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Client Services & Operations to serve as the second-in-command of its integrated marketing agency. The incumbent will support the Agency Head in managing day-to-day operations, client relationships, business development, and campaign execution while ensuring high-quality delivery of 360° marketing solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, agency experience, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams to execute creative and marketing campaigns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Agency Operations
• Assist the Agency Head in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow across all departments.
• Act on behalf of the Agency Head whenever required.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Develop and improve operational processes and service standards.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality of deliverables.
Client Servicing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide strategic marketing solutions.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and quality service.
• Handle key accounts and resolve client issues promptly.
Business Development
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and pitch presentations.
• Participate in client pitches and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Build long-term partnerships with corporate clients.
Age At least 30 years • 5–8 years of experience in a reputed advertising, branding, digital, or integrated marketing agency. • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. • Proven experience in client servicing, campaign management, and business development
