Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze product costing and cost sheets.
Monitor production costs, material consumption, and manufacturing variances.
Conduct cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation.
Maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) and standard costing records.
Prepare MIS reports and cost-related analyses for management.
Ensure accurate inventory valuation and support physical inventory verification.
Assist in monthly and yearly closing activities related to costing.
