Job Description / Responsibility

Maintaining Accounting books, records and keeping register;
To prepare monthly reports sending to HO.
Follow all kinds of applicable rules policies and procedures to maintain appropriate financial activities.
Prepare bank book and reconciliation statement thereon.
Keeping security of all funds as well as important documents.
Acting role as Bank signatory of Local office.
Maintaining daily petty cash fund and banking transactions.
Checking all bills and vouchers, ensuring approval before payment.
Assist external & internal auditor to carry on audit.
Acting role as a member of procurement committee.
Responsible for reporting all projects in the respective location.
Assist in preparing strategic planning, Budgeting & forecasting
Ensure accountability and smooth functioning of financial transaction
Responsibility to complete any other job assign by the supervisor.
