Job Description
Responsible for:
- Dispense Prescriptions.
- Organize and manage the medicine store, including the date of expiry of medicine.
- Communicate With Prescribers.
- Ensure Patients' Safety.
- Ensure patient’s understanding medical prescriptions.
- Work With Patients on General Health.
- Educate Health Provider Colleagues.
- Stock Management.
- Maintain diligently all records, including Stock Register & Challans.
Activities:
- Quality of medicines provided to patients.
- Ensuring that the provider of medicines is within the law.
- Ensuring that the medicines prescribed to patients are suitable.
- Advising patients about medicines, including how to take them, what reactions may occur, and answering patients' questions.
- Ensure stock management and proper record keeping.
- Ensure medicine shelf life.
Job Requirements
Skill and Competencies:Should have a license from the Bangladesh Pharmacy Council.Analytical skillsAbility to think critically.Strong numerical skills.Attention to detail.Problem-solving.Observation skills.Communication and social skills.
