The position is responsible to maintain and develop accounting financial systems and internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax and regulatory requirements also to assist and handle financial matter and arrangements with commercial Banks.
Lead monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
Provide financial analysis, KPI reports and decision-support insights.
Lead product costing and post-order costing; monitor actual vs. budget/standard costs.
Identify cost-reduction and margin-improvement opportunities.
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, business plans and scenario analysis.
Review CAPEX proposals and monitor approved CAPEX expenditure.
Monitor working capital, cash flow and funding requirements.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions on financing matters.
Strengthen inventory controls and monitor ageing/obsolete stock.
Reconcile ERP, physical inventory and financial records.
Identify ERP/system gaps and coordinate improvement initiatives.
Lead internal, external, tax and statutory audits and follow up recommendations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax/VAT regulations and company policies.
Strengthen internal controls and risk-management processes.
Support management in cost-saving and revenue-enhancement initiatives.
Age 35 to 40 years CA certified/Qualified Accounting CertificationKnowledge of IAS, IFRS and GAAPExperience in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Tax, VAT, TreasurySelf-driven and assertive individual with business acumen Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinker, conflict resolution skill and decision-maker with leadership abilitiesMust be a team playerAble to multi-task and take pressureAbility to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentialityExcellent written and oral communicationskills.
