Job Description

The position is responsible to monitor and execute manpower budgeting activities, to monitor and execute workers' recruitment activities, to follow up and ensure proper housekeeping, fire, health & safety of the office premises, to monitor training and to handle disciplinary action, grievance, and employee relation issues.

  • Responsible to prepare Manpower budget & Payroll budget for  the  factory & get approval.

  • Responsible to complete Rapid Ramp up project & recruit manpower.

  • Responsible to prepare the   factory   for customer / buyer audit.

  • Responsible to develop & Implement Kormee payroll as company practice.

  • Responsible to assist cost controller to corporate negotiation & agreement.

  • Responsible to implement different policies and procedures of different HR polices as per local laws, compliance code of conducts and Company Policy.

  • Responsible to Prepare yearly recruitment plan as per approved manpower budget compare with Payroll budget.

  • Responsible to Prepare HR budget take approval & maintain approved HR budget.

  • Responsible to monitor payroll, employee attendance, wages & salary, compensation & benefit.

  • Responsible to Handle Disciplinary issue, Grievances & Employee relation issues as per law and to coordinate employee Counselling and motivation program in regards to absenteeism, turn over, general rules & regulations, employment terms & conditions, work place code of conduct and productivity improvement.

  • Responsible to follow up and ensure proper Housekeeping, Fire, Health & Safety of the office premises.

  • Responsible to monitor PC Committee, Disciplinary Action, Grievance, and employee relation issues.

  • Responsible to communicate with BEPZA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.

  • Responsible to structure required training program to enhance production and to bring supreme level of factory discipline.

  • Strongly follow up the employees personal file system

  • Responsible to reduce unauthorized absenteeism

  • Any other task assigned by the management
