Drive process improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing tools to eliminate waste, improve productivity and quality, and reduce costs and lead times.
Train and coach employees at all levels on Lean principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work).
Monitor adherence to standardized processes and ensure sustainability through regular audits and follow-ups.
Facilitate the development of a continuous improvement culture across all departments through engagement and collaboration.
Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis, Gemba walks, and root cause investigations (e.g., using 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).
Track, report, and communicate Lean project performance and impact using relevant KPIs and dashboards.
Support implementation of visual management systems to improve workplace organization and transparency.
Benchmark best practices from other teams or facilities and recommend innovative process improvement ideas.
Promote employee involvement by organizing and supporting Kaizen events and suggestion systems.
