Job Description

Akij Takaful Properties Limited (ATPL), a concern of Akij Venture Group, is looking for competent and experienced Civil professionals to supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction and project activities.

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor contractors, manpower, materials, machinery, and overall work progress.
Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, MEP, and other relevant stakeholders.
Verify layouts, levels, measurements, and quality of completed works.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
Check contractor measurements and assist in bill verification.
Ensure compliance with relevant safety requirements and project schedules.
Identify and resolve site-related issues to avoid project delays.
Report project progress and technical issues to the concerned authority.

Job Requirements

Age At least 25 yearsOnly Male Strong knowledge of civil construction and site supervision.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel.Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors and different project stakeholders.Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
