Senior Executive/ Executive, MIS

• Collect, consolidate, and validate production, breakdown, wastage & efficiency data from multiple plants and shifts.

• Prepared and maintain daily, weekly, monthly & management MIS reports and dashboards.

• Monitor shift wise data and coordinate with Production, Mechanical & Electrical teams to resolve data discrepancies and operational issues.

• Conduct regular plant visit to verify data accuracy and collect authentic operational information.

• Identify opportunities for reporting automation, process improvement and data accuracy enhancement.

• Develop automated reports using Advance Excel, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, SUMPRODUCT, LET and dynamic formulas.

• Reconcile production and operational data with Oracle system records and identify discrepancies.

• Analyze production performance, efficiency, downtime, wastage and other KPIs to support management decision making.
