Officer/Senior Officer (Transport)

• Assist in arranging vehicles as per daily dispatch and delivery plans

• Support supervision of loading and unloading activities at the depot

• Ensure vehicles are dispatched on time as per approved delivery orders

• Prepare and check transport documents such as trip sheets, challans, gate passes, and delivery notes

• Maintain daily vehicle movement and trip records

• Coordinate with drivers, transport vendors, warehouse, and distribution team

• Monitor driver attendance, behavior, and compliance with company rules

• Assist in tracking vehicle status and reporting delays or issues

• Support depot transport officer in cost control and vehicle utilization

• Immediately report accidents, breakdowns, or irregularities to supervisor
