Officer/ Assistant Officer - Distribution (Akij Polymer Industries Ltd.)

The role is to ensure efficient and time-bound distribution of polymer products to customers and responsible for managing logistics, inventory and maintaining high standards of customer service.

• Coordinate with the production department and logistics teams to schedule polymer product shipments.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are documented and maintained.

• Team up with transport service providers to arrange time-bound deliveries.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any issues or complaints regarding deliveries.

• Implement strategies to optimize distribution processes and reduce operational costs.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies in all distribution activities.

• Generate regular reports on distribution metrics and performance indicators.

Age At least 26 years Minimum 2-3 years in distribution, logistics or supply chain management.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency in MS Office Applications, relevant software for inventory management and logistics.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to work under pressure.
