Job Description

Identify and onboard new dealers, retailers, and channel partners within the assigned territory
Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure continuous product movement
Conduct regular market visits to retailers, showrooms, and distributors
Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and brand positioning in the market
Collect and relay market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, promotions, and new launches
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual retail sales targets
Collect orders from dealers and retailers as per the schedule
Follow up with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery
Resolve delivery issues, stock shortages, and service concerns promptly
Ensure proper display of ROSA (Bathware) products in dealer showrooms
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market visit updates
Address dealer and retailer queries related to products, pricing, and after-sales issues
