Job Description
SKS Foundation in partnership with ANDHERI HILFE, Germany and Co-Finance by BMZ is going to implement Local Adaptation for Resilience Building (LARB) to Flood Affected Communities in Gaibandha Project. Following positions will be recruited for implementing the project's interventions:
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate preparing Group Action Plan, ensure regular fortnightly group meetings, conduction of awareness sessions, saving generation and keeping the group accounts.
- Assist Technical Officer-Ag. & IGA for selecting potential women participants for IGA options and conduction of relevant IGA training to the participants.
- Will assist Project Engineer identifying the potential women for tube wells, latrine renovation, ICS installation etc. and assist implementation of the schemes.
- Will ensure repayable grants to the women participants for implementation of their IGA options, renewable energy options etc.
Job Requirements
Age At most 35 years Having understanding on char communities, flood context vulnerabilities, opportunities etc. Good knowledge on climate change, disaster risk reduction, flood context, economic development of the poor, livelihood and agricultural measures etc.
