Asst. Engineer/Engineer-Mechanical (Maintenance)-Trishal Factory

1. Conduct preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.

2. Inspect machinery and identify mechanical faults and potential failures.

3. Troubleshoot breakdowns and minimize equipment downtime.

4. Maintain production and utility equipment including pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, compressors, kilns, dryers, and related systems.

5. Perform maintenance of bearings, shafts, couplings, gears, belts, valves, and lubrication systems.

6. Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance schedules.

7. Conduct root cause analysis of recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

8. Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and equipment history.

9. Coordinate with Production, Electrical, Utility, Store, and other relevant departments.

10. Supervise technicians and maintenance workers during maintenance activities.

11. Support equipment installation, modification, fabrication, and commissioning.

12. Ensure compliance with maintenance procedures, safety standards, PPE, and LOTO requirements.

13. Support initiatives to reduce downtime, maintenance costs, and energy consumption.

14. Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Head/Management.

Proficient in MS Office suites, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.Efficiency in ERP software
