Engineer/ Assistant Engineer - Production (CPP) _ Akij Biax Films Ltd.

To operate and supervise the CPP (Cast Polypropylene) extrusion line, ensuring smooth production, consistent quality, and safe working conditions during assigned shifts, while supporting the department's operational and reporting needs.

1. Operate the CPP extrusion line and oversee the production process end-to-end

2. Monitor and supervise production and quality activities during the shift

3. Identify root causes of quality and technical/operational issues and resolve them promptly

4. Coordinate with the technical team and machine suppliers for technical support when needed

5. Ensure workplace safety and conduct regular safety training for shift staff

6. Guide, train, and evaluate subordinate staff; prepare skill matrix and development plans

Age At least 28 years Good understanding of production planning, quality control and troubleshootingAbility to lead and manage shift manpowerGood analytical, problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and in rotational shiftsBasic computer and MS Office skills
