Job Description
- Oversee daily mess and canteen operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality food service delivery.
- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation standards, and portion control, while minimizing food wastage.
- Prepare and manage Bazar Bills and Monthly Mess Bills, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Handle canteen cash transactions and daily revenue, maintaining proper records and accountability for purchases and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and sanitation standards, including proper waste disposal and equipment cleanliness.
- Supervise kitchen staff and attendants, prepare duty rosters, monitor performance, and provide training on food handling and service procedures.
- Manage food procurement and inventory control, including stock monitoring, proper storage of provisions, and regular stock audits.
- Monitor food storage, supply levels, and operational resources to ensure uninterrupted service while maintaining cost efficiency and safety standards.
Job Requirements
Only Male Experience in mess management will be given preference; however, fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are also encouraged to apply.
