Assistant Executive (Mess Operations)

• Oversee daily mess and canteen operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality food service delivery.
• Maintain food quality, taste, presentation standards, and portion control, while minimizing food wastage.
• Prepare and manage Bazar Bills and Monthly Mess Bills, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Handle canteen cash transactions and daily revenue, maintaining proper records and accountability for purchases and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and sanitation standards, including proper waste disposal and equipment cleanliness.
• Supervise kitchen staff and attendants, prepare duty rosters, monitor performance, and provide training on food handling and service procedures.
• Manage food procurement and inventory control, including stock monitoring, proper storage of provisions, and regular stock audits.
• Monitor food storage, supply levels, and operational resources to ensure uninterrupted service while maintaining cost efficiency and safety standards.
