- Develop motion graphics and animated advertisements.
- Edit promotional videos and reels.
- Create project-launch campaign visuals.
- Develop video animations for project features and facilities.
- Maintain brand identity and visual consistency.
- Prepare artwork according to required print/digital specifications.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing and Sales teams.
- Translate marketing concepts into compelling visual communication.
- Support property exhibitions and sales events with creative materials.
- Maintain organized design files and source materials.
- Coordinate with external agencies, printers and production vendors.
- Ensure quality control of all marketing creatives.
- Research current design and advertising trends.
