Waiter / Waitress

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience

• Present menus, explain dishes, and assist guests with food and beverage selection when required

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/bar

• Serve food and drinks promptly and in a professional manner following service standards

• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained before, during, and after service

• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle basic complaints politely

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining area, service stations, and equipment

• Follow proper cash handling and billing procedures when assigned

• Coordinate with kitchen and other team members for smooth service flow

• Follow all restaurant SOPs, safety, and hygiene regulations

• Assist in clearing tables and resetting them for new guests efficiently.
