Assist Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations
Prepare basic ingredients such as cutting, chopping, peeling, and marination as instructed
Support in cooking simple dishes under supervision of senior chefs
Ensure proper mise-en-place is ready before service
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work station at all times
Follow all kitchen SOPs, recipes, and portion control standards
Properly store and handle food items according to safety guidelines
Assist in receiving, labeling, and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients
Support in maintaining inventory and minimizing food waste
Follow instructions from senior chefs and learn advanced cooking techniques
Ensure kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork in kitchen operations.
