Job Description

To supervise the overall security operations of the factory and ensure smooth security coverage in all shifts.
To ensure proper checking of employees, visitors, contractors, vehicles, and materials at all entry and exit points.
To protect company property like equipment, raw materials, finished goods from theft, damage, or misuse.
To lead, guide, and monitor Security team to ensure discipline and optimum performance.
To conduct regular patrols of the factory premises to identify and report any security risks or unusual activities.
To monitor CCTV cameras and investigate security incidents by collecting information and preparing reports.
To respond quickly to any emergency issue such as fire, accidents, theft etc. incidents, and inform it to concerned personnel and departments.
To ensure that all incoming and outgoing of all materials and vehicles are properly checked and supported by valid gate passes and challan.
To maintain goods in-out register, returnable & non-returnable register, incident reports, visitor registers, and other security related documents accurately.
To ensure compliance with company security policies, safety procedures, and other applicable rules and regulations.
To prepare and maintain security duty rosters, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate security manpower is available in every shift.
To train and motivate security personnel to improve their skills, discipline, and awareness of company security procedures.
To work closely with HR, Administration, Warehouse & Distribution, logistics, EHS to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
To submit weekly security report to the admin manager.
To perform any other duties assigned by management related to security, safety, and administration.

Job Requirements

At least 3 years in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.Knowledge of factory security, CCTV, access control, incident handling, and basic MS Office.Honest, disciplined, physically fit, and able to lead a team and handle emergencies.Willing to work in shifts and at a remote factory location.
