Executive/ Sr. Executive- Brand

Akij Electric & Electronics Ltd. (AEEL) is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive/Sr. Executive – Brand to support day-to-day brand operations, campaign execution, ATL/BTL, digital activities, retail visibility, product launches and agency coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate ATL, BTL, digital, retail visibility and trade-support activities.

• Prepare campaign briefs, budgets, timelines and execution plans and follow up with agencies/vendors.

• Manage campaign assets, content calendars and brand documentation.

• Coordinate outdoor branding, events and activations while ensuring brand guideline compliance.

• Support product launches, TVC/OVC, video production and flagship campaigns.

• Execute fairs, retailer/electrician meets, community events, showroom launches and field activations.

• Monitor campaign performance, competitor activities and prepare regular reports.

• Coordinate market research, consumer surveys and campaign evaluations.

• Conduct field visits and handle urgent brand assignments as required.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of brand initiatives.

Age At least 25 years Strong understanding of brand and campaign management.Practical knowledge of ATL/BTL/Digital execution.Strong MS Office skills with good reporting ability.Excellent communication, negotiation and teamwork skills.Strong project-management and coordination abilities.Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to travel or work beyond regular hours during campaigns and events.
