Principal

• Lead and supervise all academic activities of the vocational school.

• Ensure training programs follow BTEB guidelines and competency-based training (CBT) models.

• Supervise teachers, instructors, trainers, administrative staff, and support personnel.

• Ensure proper operation and utilization & maintenance of workshops, machines, tools, and technical equipment.

• Identify training and development needs of teachers and instructors

• Facilitate industrial visits, internships, apprenticeships, and workplace-based learning opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with applicable government, education, vocational training, and technical regulatory requirements.

• Monitor performance such as student enrollment, attendance, academic results, completion rates, and employment outcomes

• Manage vocational school budgets, staff recruitment, performance evaluations, and resource distribution

• Ensure a safe, disciplined, respectful, and student-friendly learning environment

Minimum 12 years experience in a Vocational School with at least 2 years experience in similar position
