Job Description

Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets.
Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and corporate customers.
Promote and sell RAC, Refrigerators, TVs, and other consumer electronics across the assigned territory.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer/retail network.
Ensure consistent product availability, effective merchandising, and strong brand visibility at points of sale.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions, and submit timely market intelligence reports.
Coordinate with internal teams, including supply chain, logistics, and customer service, for smooth order processing and after-sales support.

Job Requirements

Age 25 to 30 yearsOnly Male Bachelor`s degree in any discipline; a background in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.2–5 years of corporate sales experience (mandatory) in consumer electronics or home appliances.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
