Associate Officer, Procurement

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify procurement needs.

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective, high-quality products and services.

• Conduct market analysis to identify the best supply sources.

• Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth material flow.

• Identify improvement areas to enhance efficiency and results.

• Ensure timely processing of bills and invoices without discrepancies and forward to Accounts.

• Prepare department related formats, necessary reports, letters, and maintain proper record-keeping.

• Support management in developing procurement strategies and cost-control initiatives.

• Visit factories and sites for brand selection, supplier assessments, and quality assurance.

Age 25 to 35 years Any dedicated training course on Supply Chain management will get an extra privilege.
