Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Deputy Manager (Sales Admin)”.

The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end processing of sales orders, contracts, and invoices to ensure continuous transactions.
Ensure coordination among the Sales, Accounts, Marketing, and Distribution departments to ensure timely order delivery.
Cooperate with Head of Sales for proposal preparations
Supervise team members of sales admin to maintain high service standards and productivity.
Manage sales data through ERP system and track performance record of sales team.
Generate regular reports on sales forecasts and pipeline progress.
Handle complex customer inquiries, resolve escalations, and maintain accurate customer records.
Manage sales documentation and update price lists
