Job Description

Coordinate daily distribution operations and ensure timely and complete delivery of goods as per customer orders and delivery schedules.
Plan, prepare, and review new and existing delivery routes, mileage, and vehicle KPL to ensure efficient vehicle utilization and transportation cost control.
Monitor goods in transit, stock levels, delivery performance, and resolve distribution-related issues such as delays, discrepancies, and transportation challenges.
Coordinate with third-party transporters, vendors, suppliers, and drivers to ensure smooth operations and compliance with agreed timelines and service standards.
Check and verify driver bills on a daily basis and ensure accurate submission of bill information to the Accounts Department for trip advance processing.
Ensure timely posting and processing of third-party hired vehicle bills and verify third-party fuel bills and supporting documents.
Ensure all vehicle documents and papers are updated in coordination with the Head Office team.
Prepare and submit cash bills and other related transportation bills to management for approval.
Maintain accurate records of distribution, vehicle, driver, fuel, and transportation-related activities.
Ensure proper preservation and filing of all approved documents and maintain all required register books.
