Job Description

Prepare and process export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and other shipping documents
Coordinate with banks, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs, and other relevant parties for smooth export operations
Handle export L/Cs, export collections, and other banking formalities
Work with production, warehouse, planning, and logistics teams to ensure shipments are delivered on time
Ensure all export activities comply with company policies and government regulations
Maintain accurate export records and update information in the ERP system
Monitor shipment progress and provide shipment updates to customers and internal teams
Resolve documentation issues and support customs clearance processes
Assist with export incentives, certifications, and other regulatory requirements
Prepare regular export reports and perform other duties assigned by management

Job Requirements

Age 24 to 35 years Sound knowledge of export documentation, international trade procedures, and commercial operationStrong analytical, organizational, and documentation skillsKnowledge of export compliance, customs regulations, and shipping proceduresAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and teamwork
