Procurement Manager

• Develop and implement strategies for industrial engineering, planning and supply chain activities to align with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.

• Lead and manage a team of industrial engineers, planners, supply chain analysts, and professionals, providing guidance, support and coaching to ensure high performance and professional development.

• Identify areas for process improvement, operational efficiency, and cost reduction through the application of industrial engineering methodologies, lean principles, and best practices across the entire supply chain.

• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, including demand planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution, to ensure optimal flow of materials and products.

• Analyze production capacity, forecast demand, and develop plans to optimize resource allocation, production scheduling, and inventory management in alignment with supply chain requirements.

• Conduct time and motion studies, value stream mapping, and other analytical techniques to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and eliminate waste in production process and supply chain operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, procurement, logistics, sales and customer service, to develop production plans that meet customer demand, optimize inventory levels, and minimize lead times.

• Develop and maintain effective relationship with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery- of materials, quality assurance, and continuous improvement in supplier performance.

• Established Key performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and monitor operational and supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Conduct cost analysis and optimization studies to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve profitability, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources throughout the supply chain.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments and external partners to ensure effective communication, alignment of objectives, and coordinate of activities related to industrial engineering, planning and supply chain management
