Job Description

Develop and implement strategies for industrial engineering, planning and supply chain activities to align with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
Lead and manage a team of industrial engineers, planners, supply chain analysts, and professionals, providing guidance, support and coaching to ensure high performance and professional development.
Identify areas for process improvement, operational efficiency, and cost reduction through the application of industrial engineering methodologies, lean principles, and best practices across the entire supply chain.
Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, including demand planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution, to ensure optimal flow of materials and products.
Analyze production capacity, forecast demand, and develop plans to optimize resource allocation, production scheduling, and inventory management in alignment with supply chain requirements.
Conduct time and motion studies, value stream mapping, and other analytical techniques to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and eliminate waste in production process and supply chain operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, procurement, logistics, sales and customer service, to develop production plans that meet customer demand, optimize inventory levels, and minimize lead times.
Develop and maintain effective relationship with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery- of materials, quality assurance, and continuous improvement in supplier performance.
Established Key performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and monitor operational and supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct cost analysis and optimization studies to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve profitability, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources throughout the supply chain.
Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments and external partners to ensure effective communication, alignment of objectives, and coordinate of activities related to industrial engineering, planning and supply chain management
