Job Description

Job Purpose

The Channel Operation Manager will serve as the key coordination bridge between Sales, Factory, Planning, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure seamless order execution, optimum production planning, and timely customer delivery across all sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate order execution between Factory and Sales (Trade, Corporate, High-Value/Architectural, and Export).
Consolidate sales demand and align customer commitments with factory production capacity.
Monitor the end-to-end order lifecycle from order receipt to production, dispatch, and delivery.
Track order status, identify potential delays, and coordinate timely resolution of operational issues.
Coordinate production planning, capacity utilization, inventory availability, and delivery schedules.
Work closely with Planning, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
Develop and implement SOPs for Factory–Sales coordination and establish effective communication and escalation processes.
Analyze operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous process improvements.
Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and management updates to support data-driven decision-making.
Lead initiatives for process digitalization and automation to improve operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

Experience in manufacturing/building materials/industrial products will be preferred.Prior experience in cross-functional coordination between Sales and Factory is highly desirable.
