Lead Quality Assurance operations across the factory and ensure all the Quality Management System (QMS) are executed consistently to meet the buyers’ requirements.
Develop/ update quality control SOPs and standards for raw materials, in-process checks and finished goods testing to ensure adherence to highest quality standards & compliance to all regulatory requirements.
Establish and oversee comprehensive quality assurance frameworks, consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout all production stages.
Standardize quality control processes across the factory, achieving uniformity and consistency in product quality.
Own the pre-production meeting process and address all callouts mentioned in line review meeting and set up relevant preventive actions in bulk production.
Assess a range of samples, such as shade blankets, bulk shades, size set, TOP samples, GPT (Technical Test) and to ensure they meet all specified attributes before obtaining customer approval.
Maintain and archive that comprehensive documents of inspection containing the details of the time, samples, test procedures and results etc.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Age At most 40 years Must have Proficiency in MS office packagaes & Email correspondences;Maintain and archive that comprehensive documents of inspection containing the details of the time, samples, test procedures and results etc.;Good command on writing and speaking in English;Should be honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
