1. HR Operations Management
Oversee HR operations across Factory premise.
Ensure accurate processing of payroll, attendance, overtime, and statutory compliance
Monitor leave management, shift planning, and workforce scheduling
Maintain employee records and documentation for all factory staff
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
Support Factory recruitment planning and coordination for direct and indirect labor
Oversee onboarding processes, joining formalities, and orientation programs
Maintain hiring documentation and compliance for audits
3. Employee Relations & Compliance
Support implementation of labor law compliance and factory HR policies
Handle escalated employee queries and operational issues related to HR
Ensure readiness for buyer social compliance audits and labor inspections
4. HR Systems & Reporting
Maintain HRIS or Excel-based systems for accurate workforce data
Generate HR reports on attendance, turnover, recruitment, and payroll
Track HR operational KPIs for Factory management
5. Process Improvement & Standardization
Monitor and implement standardized HR processes.
Identify areas for operational efficiency and recommend improvements.
Support automation of HR processes, including payroll and attendance
6. Stakeholder Management
Liaise with factory HR teams, SBU HR
Coordinate with Finance for payroll and statutory deductions
Support corporate HR in implementing policies and operational initiatives
Age 32 to 45 years Experience managing multiple factories or large workforce operations.Exposure to payroll, attendance management, and labor law compliance
