Plan, organize, and control all garment dyeing and washing production activities to ensure on-time delivery.
Supervise full wet processing operations including dyeing, washing, over-dyeing, and finishing of woven garments.
Ensure accurate shade development, lab dip approval, and consistent bulk production color matching.
Control critical process parameters such as temperature, time, pH, chemical dosing, liquor ratio, and machine loading.
Achieve Right First Time (RFT) performance by minimizing shade variation, defects, and re-dyeing.
Troubleshoot and resolve dyeing and washing defects including uneven shade, patchiness, staining, and fading.
Optimize dyeing recipes and processes to reduce chemical cost, water consumption, and processing time.
Monitor production efficiency, machine utilization, and manpower productivity to maximize output.
Ensure strict compliance with buyer requirements, SOPs, AQL standards, and quality systems.
Coordinate with Planning, QA, Merchandising, Maintenance, and Production teams for smooth workflow.
Control chemical and dye inventory, usage, and wastage to maintain cost efficiency.
Ensure all production meets required color fastness and quality standards.
Lead, train, and develop supervisors, operators, and lab technicians to improve technical skills.
Maintain safety, environmental compliance, and proper chemical handling practices.
Support buyer audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence.
Age 32 to 45 years Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in Garments Dyeing / Woven Washing FactoryStrong hands-on experience in bulk production, shade development, and wet processing operationsProven experience in managing large-scale production teams.Experience in handling buyer-driven export orders with strict quality and delivery compliance.
