Deputy Manager/ Manager -Tender (Food & Beverage Products)

Akij Food & Beverage Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage tender-related activities for both Government and Private sector projects. Candidates with relevant experience in the Food & Beverage industry will be given preference

Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue Government and Private sector tender opportunities for Food & Beverage products

• Prepare and review tender documents proposals and bid submissions

• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Technical) for accurate inputs)

• Ensure compliance with tender requirements legal and regulatory standards

• Manage pricing strategy and cost estimation for bids

• Submit tenders within deadlines (manual / e-tender portals)

• Maintain tender documentation records and database

• Track tender status results, and competitor analysis

• Liaise with clients consultants and stakeholders for clarification

• Handle post-tender negotiations and contract finalization

• Monitor performance of awarded contracts

Age At least 32 years Candidates with prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry will be given preference.Experience in handling government and large corporate tendersStrong knowledge of tender preparation, bid submission, pricing, costing, and e-tendering processes.Familiarity with e-GP / online tendering systems is an advantage
