IT Technician, Bashundhara SuperGolf

The IT Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting all IT systems within the golf facility. This includes digital displays, network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, CCTV, IP telephony, printers, and networking support. The technician ensures uninterrupted IT services for golf operations, restaurants, retail shops, and customer-facing technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. End User Support

• Provide first-level connectivity support to all employees.

• Maintain IT asset inventory.

2. Golf Operations System Support

• Support Bay Management System connectivity.

• Ensure an uninterrupted customer experience for internet.

• POS and Payment Systems connectivity.

3. Network Connectivity Support

Maintain:

• LAN/WAN

• Wi-Fi Access Points

• Internet Connectivity

• Network Cabling

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

4. CCTV " Security Systems

Maintain:

• CCTV Cameras

• Access Control Systems

• Biometric Attendance

• Door Access

• Sound Systems

5. Printer Management Support

Maintain:

• Network Printers

• Scanner Devices

6. Preventive Maintenance

• Hardware cleaning.

7. Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with vendors regarding:

• Internet service

• Warranty claims
