Open and maintain new Product and Distributor Codes in the ERP system.
Manage the transfer of product stock between Good-to-Bad and Bad-to-Good inventory categories.
Process and reconcile excess and shortage product stock adjustments.
Prepare Daily Management Reports (DMR) and Group-wise Sales Reports.
Calculate and verify monthly and quarterly sales incentives for field manpower.
Receive, record, and coordinate the resolution of distributor issues and feedback.
Prepare meeting reports, minutes, and action trackers for the Head of Sales and the Business Unit Head (BUH).
Develop, enhance, and automate regular business and sales reports to improve operational efficiency.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP (Sales & Distribution) system issues while providing appropriate user support.
Monitor manpower attendance and secondary sales activities through the Smart Partner Application.
Age 22 to 30 years Expert on MIS & Analytical Report Preparation Expert on Power BI, MS Excel, Power PointBasic knowledge on Accounting Minimum 1 Year experience on the relevant field will get preference.
