Head of Operations, Seed Crushing Project

Project Phase Activities:

·         Lead the whole commissioning works of seed crushing project with the capacity of 5000 MT per day.

·         Prepare and update Gantt chart for the seed crushing project to ensure a bird’s eye view of project is available.

·         Prepare action plan with project team and allocate resources accordingly to meet the deadlines.

·         Prepare weekly / monthly work progress report for the Management.

·         Synchronize work and manage resources such as workforce, equipment and materials to ensure project completion on time.

·         Coordinate with the project team along with the supply chain department and contractors.

·         Address all the problems related to the project and solve them in a positive manner.

 Plant Operation Activities:

·         Prepare annual raw materials and production plan of the seed crushing operation. 

·         Develop and execute cost effective strategies for reducing production cost and maximizing the production output.

·         Smartly manage raw materials store and inventory in a smart way to reduce holding cost and damage.

·         Maintain the process parameters of Operation in a modern PLC system according to Standard Operating Procedure.

·         Make sure the proper usage of raw materials and keep the data of consumption as well.

·         Create awareness on chemical related issues among the personnel involved in chemical handling.

·         Ensure uninterrupted production with the help of the maintenance team.

Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety legislation of the country

Age At least 35 years Candidates are required to have relevant experience in the management and operation of seed crushing Plant.
