Job Description

Oversee Overall Restaurant Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets within the Bashundhara SuperGolf project, ensuring smooth service delivery, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Drive Revenue and Profitability
- Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional activities, and cost-control measures to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability while maintaining service quality.
Ensure Exceptional Guest Experience
- Monitor guest service standards, handle customer feedback and complaints promptly, and continuously improve dining experiences to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage Food Quality, Safety, and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and relevant regulatory standards, maintaining the highest levels of food quality, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
Lead and Develop F&B Teams
- Recruit, train, coach, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring adequate staffing, productivity, and employee engagement.
Control Budgets, Inventory, and Procurement
- Monitor operating budgets, food and beverage costs, inventory levels, supplier performance, and procurement activities to optimize resource utilization and minimize wastage.
Coordinate Events and Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with golf club management, marketing, culinary teams, and external partners to plan and execute events, tournaments, banquets, and corporate functions that enhance the SuperGolf hospitality experience.
