Job Description:
Maintain employee attendance, leave, personnel files, and HR records.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and separation processes.
Support payroll preparation and overtime management.
Ensure compliance with Labor Act, company policies, and factory regulations.
Handle employee grievances and maintain positive industrial relations.
Coordinate security, housekeeping, transportation, canteen, and accommodation services.
Manage office supplies, assets, and administrative documentation.
Prepare HR & Admin reports and support internal/external audits.
Coordinate employee welfare, engagement, and training activities.
Age 25 to 35 yearsOnly Male Candidates must have to be smart, energetic & dynamic.Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations.Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office.Excellent communication skills both English & Bangla.Strong analytical ability and decision-making skills.Excellent report writing skills.Sound knowledge on MS Office.
