Assistant Manager-Market Quality (Rancon Motorbikes Limited-Suzuki)

The role will ensure product reliability and customer satisfaction by monitoring field performance, analyzing market issues and driving corrective actions through cross functional coordination to strengthen market quality and dealer feedback.

Job responsibilities:

• Market service quality monitoring and dealer audit execution.
• Ensure SOP compliance across all dealer and service centers.
• Analyze market complaints and perform root cause analysis.
• Prepare failure analysis report and recommend preventive actions.
• Coordinate technician training and on-job skill development.
• Support service process standardization across network.
• Prepare monthly quality reports and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate with OEM and internal teams for technical issue resolution.
• Support new product launching by monitoring field performance and collecting market feedback.
