Job Description

Promote and sell the company`s land projects to prospective clients.
Generate new sales leads through field visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Follow up on sales inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and update customer information regularly.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations

Job Requirements
