Senior Engineer/ Engineer - Electrical

Ensure the safe, reliable and uninterrupted operation of all electrical, automation and instrumentation systems in the BOPP/BOPET film manufacturing plant through effective maintenance, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

• Maintain uninterrupted operation of electrical systems, utilities and production equipment

• Execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance as scheduled

• Troubleshoot electrical, automation and instrumentation faults and coordinate with OEMs when required

• Deploy maintenance manpower effectively and supervise shift activities

• Maintain maintenance records, machine history and work order documentation

• Hand over pending jobs and critical issues to the next shift systematically

• Coordinate with Production, Utility and Power Plant teams to ensure continuous operations

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, LOTO procedures, EHS policies and proper PPE usage

• Maintain critical spare parts inventory and prepare local and imported spare parts requisitions

• Implement energy-saving, cost-saving and equipment reliability improvement initiatives

• Monitor attendance, overtime, shift discipline and workforce performance

• Support installation, commissioning, upgrades and improvement projects

• Prepare monthly maintenance reports, downtime analysis and complete special assignments assigned by the Department Head

• Perform rotational shift duties, including night shifts and ensure smooth plant operations

• Conduct shift handovers, lead shift meetings and review shift reports and checklists

Age At least 27 years Hands-on experience in troubleshooting Siemens-based automation systems using software such as TIA Portal, SIMATIC Manager (STEP 7), WinCC, STARTER and other related Siemens toolsStrong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, HMIs, drives, industrial communication networks and maintenance practicesExcellent troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in rotational shifts
