Job Description

Lead and oversee overall factory operations to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production across Spice, Agro, and Mango Pulp manufacturing.
Ensure daily production targets are achieved by optimizing production schedules, machine utilization, and manpower deployment.
Monitor production performance, line efficiency, OEE, and resource utilization to maximize productivity.
Review daily production, quality, rejection, and customer complaint reports, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Lead and develop production supervisors, engineers, and line leaders to build a high-performing operations team.
Approve shift schedules, manpower planning, leave rosters, and workforce allocation to ensure smooth plant operations.
Manage operational crises, equipment breakdowns, emergencies, workplace safety incidents, and compliance-related issues.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, food safety regulations, and company policies.
Oversee preventive maintenance, plant shutdowns, equipment overhauls, and continuous process improvements.
Lead new product commercialization, capacity expansion projects, and long-term production planning.
Drive cost optimization, productivity improvement, waste reduction, and operational excellence initiatives.
Prepare and monitor annual production budgets, operational KPIs, and performance reports for senior management.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.
Promote a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and employee development through regular training and coaching.

Job Requirements

Only Male Proven experience in Operations, Product Development, and Manufacturing, preferably in a reputed spice & Agro based company.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with data-driven decision-making skills.Demonstrated leadership capability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.
