Job Description

Verify that all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, design specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), contract documents, and applicable engineering standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, workmanship, material quality, and compliance with project specifications.
Measure and verify executed work quantities and reconcile them with contractor running bills and final bills.
Review, verify, and certify contractor payment applications based on actual work completed and contractual terms.
Validate BOQ items, rate analyses, variation orders, and additional work claims to ensure technical and commercial accuracy.
Verify project milestones and certify completion status prior to recommending interim and final payments.
Review material consumption, work progress, and productivity to support effective project cost control.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, measurements, certifications, progress reports, and supporting documentation.
Support management by preparing periodic progress reports, verification reports, and recommendations for decision-making.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, engineering best practices, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
