Manage end-to-end factory HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Act, company policies, and all statutory requirements.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary procedures, and industrial relations effectively.
Drive performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development initiatives.
Coordinate compliance audits, labor inspections, and maintain accurate HR documentation.
Prepare HR reports and coordinate with Head Office on HR and administrative matters.
Ensure timely renewal and compliance of all operational licenses, permits, and statutory certifications.
Oversee factory administrative functions, including office maintenance, facilities, transport, security, and general administration.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and labeling regulations relevant to factory operations.
Supervise payroll processing, attendance, and timekeeping systems to ensure accuracy and timely salary administration.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes, employee productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
