Assistant Manager/ Sr. Executive (Tyre & Tube Manufacturing)

• Source and procure raw materials, chemicals, and other production-related items required for tyre and tube manufacturing.

• Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.

• Monitor and analyze international market trends, commodity prices, and supply-demand dynamics for key raw materials and chemicals.

• Conduct supplier evaluations, price negotiations, and cost optimization initiatives.

• Prepare and evaluate comparative statements (CS), purchase orders (PO), and procurement reports.

• Coordinate with production, planning, quality assurance, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth material availability.

• Handle import procurement activities, including coordination with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders.

• Review and verify shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin, Insurance Certificate, and other import-related documents.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock while minimizing procurement costs.

• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare periodic management reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and supply chain best practices.
