Job Description

We are currently looking for an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Asst. Engineer/Engineer (Electrical & Instrument) for Paper Mills.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC system using TIA portal.
Design and modify PLC logic, interlocks, alarms, and sequencing according to process requirements.
Develop and maintain HMI and SCADA applications using WinCC within the TIA portal.
Configure industrial communication protocols, including PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Modbus TCP/IP, and Ethernet/IP.
Commissioning of automation systems, control panels, VFDs, motors, and field instruments.
Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, and network communication faults to minimize downtime.
Integrate third-party devices such as VFDs, analyzers, weighing systems, and smart instruments with PLC systems.
Monitor and maintain field instruments, including pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters.
Support machine modification, process improvement, and automation upgrade projects.
Analyze process data and optimize machine performance through automation improvement.
Ensure proper safety interlocks and compliance with industrial electrical safety standards.
Maintain spare parts inventory for automation, controlling, and instrumental devices.
Prepare daily maintenance, fault analysis, and commissioning reports.

Job Requirements

Age 22 to 30 yearsOnly Male Candidate must have experience in Electrical & Instrument.Candidate must have to be smart, energetic & dynamic.Dynamic & Self-motivated with high personal integrity and loyalty.Capable to work under pressure and minimum supervision.Excellent communication skills in English.Sound knowledge in MS Office.
