Job Description

Akij Ceramics Ltd., (Sanitary Ware), an SBU of AkijBashir Group, seeks to appoint an Regional Manager for its sales team who will manage and oversee all sales operations activities of Akij Ceramics (Sanitary Ware) - ROSA Brand.

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and market share targets

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to drive high performance and ensure achievement of KPIs

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and profitability

  • Identify new business opportunities, expand dealer/distributor networks, and penetrate untapped markets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, key customers, and other stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty

  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and other cross-functional teams to support business growth and effective market execution

  • Prepare and manage regional sales forecasts, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize business performance

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of ROSA sanitary ware products and provide market feedback for product and business development

  • Ensure regular market visits, customer engagement, competitor analysis, and timely reporting

Job Requirements

Age 35 to 50 years Experience in sanitary ware, ceramics, tiles, building materials, or related industries will be preferred.Strong leadership, sales planning, business development, negotiation, and dealer management skills.Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Willing to travel extensively across the assigned region.
