Officer/ Sr. Officer - Market Return, Akij Light Engineering Limited

• Supervise the receiving, inspection, sorting and classification of market return products as per established procedures.

• Ensure accurate party-wise assortment of return products and timely entry/upload of return data into ERP and Sales Automation systems.

• Prepare, monitor, analyze, and maintain market return reports and MIS reports for management review and decision-making.

• Coordinate with distributors, dealers, sales representatives, and relevant stakeholders to resolve replacement and return-related issues efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting systems to ensure data integrity, traceability and operational transparency.

• Monitor day-to-day market return activities and ensure compliance with approved process flows, policies and operational guidelines.

• Manage disposal and sales activities of approved waste or scrap products with proper documentation, reporting and authorization.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity and service quality within the market return function.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements and internal control standards.

• Maintain workplace discipline, housekeeping and 5S standards within the market return section.

• Ensure environmentally responsible handling, storage and disposal of returned products and related materials.

• Supervise, guide and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure smooth departmental operations and achievement of targets.

Age At least 24 years Experience in Supply Chain, Production Support, Market Return Management, Inventory Control or a related field will be preferred.Experience in handling product replacement, return processing and customer complaint resolution activities will be considered an added advantage.Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data management, reporting and documentation.Positive attitude, proactive mindset and strong leadership capability to effectively supervise and motivate team members.
