Al Hera International School & Madrasah is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and experienced *English Teacher cum Incharge (Male/Female)* to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong English language teaching skills, expertise in Phonics instruction, and the ability to supervise and coordinate academic activities effectively.
Classes: Play Group to Grade Five (Play – Five)
Working Hours 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Academic Responsibilities
Teach English Language to students from Play Group to Grade Five.
Conduct effective Phonics lessons to improve students’ pronunciation, reading fluency, and literacy skills.
Prepare lesson plans and classroom activities aligned with the curriculum.
Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
Assess students’ academic progress through classwork, assignments, and examinations.
Create a positive, interactive, and student-friendly learning environment.
Prepare educational materials, worksheets, and learning resources.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure effective classroom management.
Administrative & Leadership Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor academic activities of assigned classes and teachers.
Ensure proper implementation of curriculum and lesson plans.
Coordinate with teachers, parents, and school management regarding students' academic progress.
Assist the Principal/Vice Principal in academic planning and daily school operations.
Monitor classroom standards, teaching quality, and student performance.
Organize academic meetings, training sessions, competitions, and educational programs.
Prepare academic reports and maintain necessary records.
Support the overall educational, moral, and character development of students.
Experience RequirementsMinimum 2 years of teaching experience preferred.Experience in teaching primary-level students (Play Group to Grade Five) will be considered an advantage.Prior experience in academic coordination, supervision, or leadership roles will receive preference.Candidates with a valid IELTS certification will receive preference during the selection process.RequirementsStrong command of spoken and written English.Sound knowledge of *English Phonics* and the ability to teach Phonics effectively.Excellent pronunciation and communication skills.Strong leadership, organizational, and team management abilities.Ability to guide and supervise fellow teachers.Strong classroom management and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.Ability to prepare lesson plans and conduct engaging classroom activities.
