Job Description

Manage indent placement, issue processing, and MRR accomplishment for export accessories.
Perform weekly SR-Issue reconciliation to ensure accurate records.
Control inventory by conducting regular physical stock counts.
Reconcile physical inventory with ERP system records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare monthly stock inventory reports and submit them to the concerned department on time.
Ensure timely indenting of all export accessories based on lead time requirements.
Maintain minimum stock and safety stock levels to avoid shortages.
Ensure that physical inventory and software inventory always match accurately.
Validate the received quantity of export goods physically during the receiving process.
Ensure that MRR is prepared according to the actual physical receiving quantity.
